Administration plays a crucial role in any organization. It focuses on identifying, managing, motivating, controlling, and harmonizing both human and material resources within an integrated system to achieve defined objectives effectively. The Department is led by a Director, an experienced Administrative Officer, supported by other Administrative Officers and personnel across various sub-officer cadres. Together, they ensure the effective administration and operational efficiency of the Ministry.
